Terms & Conditions of Promotion
1) This e-shot indicates the products and the corresponding number of points awarded per sale that are included in the promotion. Sales must be completed between 5th September 2011 and 30th September 2011 inclusive, to be eligible for the corresponding promotional item.
2) Sales of items included in the promotion may be accrued throughout the promotional period to redeem a higher value product.
3) Proof of Purchase will be required. Copies of the invoices supporting each claim must be supplied with the claim and the invoices must be paid in full prior to prizes being allocated. One invoice cannot be used to support two claim forms. Should the total number of units sold on a single invoice exceed the required unit sales for a particular promotional item or equivalent value John Lewis vouchers, a second claim may be indicated on the claim form by either showing the number of claims made against a single promotional item, or by placing a second 'X' against a second promotional item.
4) Promotion runs from 5th September 2011 and 30th September 2011. All claims must be received by 14th October 2011.
5) Prize details - a choice of rewards are available dependent on the amount of points awarded throughout the period. Points must equal or exceed the amounts set in the e-shot to qualify for the specific reward. For example points must equal or exceed 500 to claim an iPad 2, points must equal or exceed 200 to claim a 3D DS, and points must equal or exceed 50 to claim an iPod shuffle. John Lewis vouchers can be chosen as an alternative to the prizes to the value of the points awarded. One point = £1
6) Availability of prizes is dependant on stock availability. Where prizes are out of stock, John Lewis vouchers will be awarded to the same point’s value as a replacement.
7) All claims must be authorised by the relevant Medium UK Account Manager and Medium UK Marketing Manager prior to prize allocation.
8) This claim is not transferable.
9) All claims will be processed at the end of the promotional period. Please allow 28 days after your invoice being paid in full for delivery of prizes. (Delivery time is also dependant on stock availability).
10) This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotional offer being run by Medium UK.
