Cooking up a storm? New HSE pages for the catering industry

HSE has revamped its safety pages for the catering industry which can be accessed at http://www.hse.gov.uk/catering/index.htm.

They are designed to cover people working in hotels, restaurants, cafes, fast food outlets, pubs and clubs and those working as contract caterers to other industries. They now contain real case studies on how to manage specific hazards including dermatitis, slips and trips, the danger from knives and manual handling.
