Propman Roadshow
Grosvenor Systems carried out another successful presentation on the 23rd June 2010 at the City Tower Manchester.

Propman Strategy Group Meeting
This year Grosvenor Systems held their annual Strategy Group Meeting on the 16th July at the Roof Gardens in Kensington.
Over 85 Propman clients attended on the day to discuss and influence the future direction of Propman.
Satisfied Propman Users
Maintaining a satisfied client base is important to Grosvenor Systems. In a recent blind customer survey our clients rated their satisfaction of the resolution of their support calls at 9 out of 10.
Almondale Group operate three trading companies with which we are able to combine or keep separate costs and liabilities as we wish. We are a commercial Landlord with 60 tenants occupying some 27 properties in Scotland some of which are multi tenanted.
Prior to implementing Propman, all accounts and invoices were operated in Excel spreadsheets. The benefit of a property management system is that it enables us to store all tenant information in one place and can be used to alert us to rent reviews, inspections, lease termination and rental charge rates. It is important that our portfolio is well managed and our tenants are invoiced timeously and Propman provides the flexibility to allow us to do that.
The range of reports available enables close scrutiny of each facet of the business at any given time.
As a management tool, Propman allows us to manage our properties closely when we have to arrange repairs or maintenance visits etc. The diary alerts are very useful as well as the job system which provides a paper trail for all repairs instructed. It also allows any member of the team to access these details at any given time.
The financial management in Propman has benefited us significantly as we now have a tighter control over outstanding monies due to us as well as monies we are due to pay out. Invoicing our tenants is quick and very user friendly and having the email facility has assisted the speed with which these can reach our tenants. We also use the mail merge facility for letters required to go with our quarterly rent invoices. Quarterly VAT Returns have never been completed so quickly and easily! The production of Management Accounts and viewing the P & L when required is a simple process.
We operate the server both locally and remotely and although they operate slightly differently this gives us wider usage for those working from other locations. Reliable back up of data is essential as well as good IT support.
The initial training received from Grosvenor was very good and comprehensive and the support staff are always there to talk you through any procedures as required.
The investment in Propman is significant, both in financial and in management terms, but it has transformed the operations of our business.
