Benchmark set for emarketing campaigns
Pure has taken part in a new survey which has revealed the average response rates from UK email marketing campaigns. The survey means you can now compare how successful your campaigns are against the national average.

The National Email Marketing Benchmarking Survey, conducted by the Direct Marketing Association (DMA), looked at the key metrics in the UK's email marketing industry to set independent, robust benchmarks.

It found that recipients open 29%-32% of B2C marketing emails. The figures are even more impressive with B2B campaigns, which have opening rates of 32%-37%.

You can obtain the full survey from the Direct Marketing Association (www.dma.org.uk). To see how you can improve your own response rates, contact Pure.
