latest happenings
As 2005 draws to a close, we celebrate the 1st anniversary of our Pure newsletter. It's been a big year for Pure, and with the changes that have occurred for us in the last 12 months, we thought it was about time to give our newsletter a bit of an overhaul.

Therefore we're going to let you get on with the joys of Christmas shopping and more importantly, Christmas parties, whilst we get on with a nice and natty newsletter for your viewing pleasure in the New Year.

Also, as we speak there's a plethora of exciting new features in development for PureResponse in 2006, so keep your eyes peeled!

In the meantime, we've put a copy of all our newsletters to date onto our website. Why not have a look back over the past issues of the Pure Knowledge series? Hopefully you'll find it as helpful as the many people who have kindly written to us to say how useful it was to them.
and finally...
FAR-SIGHTED OR FAR-FETCHED?

Email time capsules

Whilst our newsletter has on the whole helped you get your marketing message to people as quickly as possible, one company is encouraging you to send email that takes 20 years to arrive.

Not as backward as you might first think, finance magazine Forbes.com wants to collect thousands of email 'time capsules' from the general public, returning them to the sender in two decades' time, storing them all online in the interim.

Nice idea, but let's just hope they can get it to work by the time we get to 2025 - have you tried firing up your old ZX Spectrum recently? Let's also hope that you still have the same email address then, if we're still all using email at all, of course. Needless to say we'll be keeping you updated with all the new technologies in between now and then.

Send your own time capsule (be quick, it closes today!)
