Pure's services tempt innocent drinks

Pure has been re-appointed by smoothie brand innocent drinks to handle its email business as it embarks on a new multi-million pound customer relationship marketing programme.

innocent's drinks are sold all over the UK in major supermarkets, delis and sandwich shops. The smoothie brand said it is aiming to widen the ‘innocent family’, the list of customers it contacts by email, from tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of people over the coming months.

Darren Fell, Pure’s founder, said:  ‘We are very excited to continue working with innocent. We proved again that we could accommodate the company’s growing complex email marketing requirements.’

The appointment follows innocent’s hunt for its first direct marketing agency at the end of last year. Pure has been working with the brand since October 2004.

Pure360.com will work with Liquid Communications, the direct marketing  agency newly appointed by Innocent after a four-way pitch, providing its system and technology to run innocent’s email marketing campaigns.

Pure and Liquid will be aiming to increase innocent’s online loyalty base via on-pack activity, e-mail marketing and direct mail.
